Job Description
1. Develop design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs
2. Meet with clients to program the project requirements
3. Take accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations
4. Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures
5. Present design concepts and take detailed notes to address customer requests
6. Create project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities

3. Should give attention to detail and should be a self-starter
4. Should have programming abilities to extract information and produce reports
5. Should know building and accessible codes
6. Should have basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates
7. Should have a creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials
8. Should have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field
9. Should have interior design license
10. Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketching, and Revit
