Job Profile:

Preparation of Interior Layouts, Sections, Elevations, Detailing of Furniture,
Fixtures, Preparation of Estimates, BOQ, BOM,
Co-ordination with Principal Designers & Architects from concept to Finalization,
Co-ordination, follow up with HVAC, Electrical and other Consultants.
Totally responsible for issuing concept Drawings, GFC, Shop Drawings.
Should have Good knowledge of Materials & Finishes of Interior Work,
Co-ordination with other Depts for Approvals & Follow-ups,
Able to Prepare Progress Reports, Work Formats, Approval Formats etc.
Should be able to Co-ordinate with the Contractor for Issuing Drawings,
Approvals of Samples, Mock Ups, Schedules etc.
Experience of working will be an Added Advantage.
