Job Description
Job Profile:
- Preparation of Interior Layouts, Sections, Elevations, Detailing of Furniture,
- Fixtures, Preparation of Estimates, BOQ, BOM,
- Co-ordination with Principal Designers & Architects from concept to Finalization,
- Co-ordination, follow up with HVAC, Electrical and other Consultants.
- Totally responsible for issuing concept Drawings, GFC, Shop Drawings.
- Should have Good knowledge of Materials & Finishes of Interior Work,
- Co-ordination with other Depts for Approvals & Follow-ups,
- Able to Prepare Progress Reports, Work Formats, Approval Formats etc.
- Should be able to Co-ordinate with the Contractor for Issuing Drawings,
- Approvals of Samples, Mock Ups, Schedules etc.
- Experience of working will be an Added Advantage.
