- The candidate will be involved in / responsible for the project from design stage to completion.
- The candidate should be able to advise client on interior design such as space planning, furniture layout furnishings or equipment and color coordination etc.
- Co-ordinating with the client, consultants and contractors.
- Handling purchase of materials including locating best sources / vendors negotiation etc.,
- Preparing BOQ of Civil and Interior works and cost estimation and quotation of same.
- Strong Autocad, Photoshop, MS Office Skills.
- Site Experience preferred.
- Ability to draw / sketch.
- Pleasant personality
- Well versed in spoken, written English
- WIllingness to work hard
- Good Team Player
- Done corporate interiors projects
- Knowledge of working drawings
- Preferable if worked on high end projects
- Preferred if worked on office / retail / restaurant / hospitality projects.
