Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Design Development
-
Create innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client requirements.

Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings, 3D Max renders, and mood boards to present design ideas.

Ensure accuracy in layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

Project & Site Execution
-
Supervise and manage on-site execution of design projects.
-
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
-
Monitor quality of work, materials, and finishes as per design specifications.

Vendor & Material Handling
-
Source, evaluate, and finalize materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
-
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
-
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support project timelines.
-

Client Interaction
-
Understand client needs and translate them into functional design solutions.
-
Present design concepts and renders effectively to clients.
-
Incorporate client feedback into final designs while balancing aesthetics and functionality.

Documentation & Reporting
-
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.
-
Maintain detailed project records and progress reports.
-
Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for billing and approvals.

Skills & Competencies Required

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Rendering, and Photoshop.

Strong eye for design, detailing, color schemes, and material selection.

Good knowledge of interior trends, space planning, and design concepts.

Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
-
Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
-
Effective communication and presentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
