Salary: 10,000/- for Freshers or 12,000/- for Experienced + Incentives
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling interior design services and solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a blend of sales skills, aesthetic sensibility, and knowledge of interior design trends and materials. The Interior Sales Executive will work closely with designers, architects, and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, developers, architects, and interior designers.

Sales Presentation:

Present and promote interior design solutions, products, and services to potential customers.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements, space, and design expectations.

Consultation & Customization:

Understand client preferences and budget to offer tailored design proposals and quotations.

Coordinate with in-house design and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
-
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitor activities.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, home decor, or real estate.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and customer preferences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Customer-focused with a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to understand design and technical drawings (basic level)

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software

Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
-
On-site client meetings and showroom visits required.

May require occasional weekend availability for client presentations or exhibitions.

Travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
