Job Description

  • Assisting in end to end recruitment for assigned positions - both permanent and contract  
  • Candidate engagement.
  • Assisting in Coordinating with Vendors as and when required. 
  • Maintaining trackers and databases as per the process.
  • Assisting in all TA related projects as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, and internal databases.

  • Use keywords and filters to search for resumes that match the job descriptions.

  • Conduct initial resume screening to shortlist qualified candidates for specific roles.

  • Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone calls, or messages to confirm interest and availability.

2. Job Posting and Advertisement:

  • Create and post job advertisements on online platforms, company website, and internal job boards.

  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and in line with organizational needs.

  • Track performance of job postings and adjust strategies to improve reach and response.

3. Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

  • Send interview invites, meeting links, reminders, and follow-up communications.

  • Coordinate walk-ins, panel interviews, and telephonic/video interviews.

  • Maintain proper documentation for all interviews and candidate feedback.

4. Database Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain updated records of candidate pipelines, application statuses, and interview outcomes.

  • Assist in updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel sheets.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly recruitment reports as required by the team.

5. Candidate Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.

  • Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Answer queries related to job roles, company culture, or interview processes (with support from HR team).

6. Documentation and Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in collecting necessary documents (resumes, ID proofs, experience letters, etc.) from selected candidates.

  • Help in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.

  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth induction.

7. Learning and Development:

  • Participate in HR meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.

  • Understand various HR functions beyond recruitment, such as employee engagement, payroll, or compliance.

  • Work on special HR projects or research assignments, if assigned.
