Job Description

  • Manage and support 50–70 work-from-home Data Collectors (DCs)

  • Monitor DCs live during working hours to check activity and progress

  • Ensure DCs start on time, stay active, and meet daily targets

  • Track completion of targets: 30 hours in 6 days or 100 hours in 20 days

  • Follow up immediately with inactive or delayed DCs

  • Ensure DCs follow recording rules:

  • Only household activities

  • Video length between 15–30 minutes

  • Correct camera and app usage

  • Act as the first contact for DC issues:

  • App or upload problems

  • Task or instruction doubts

  • Device issues (coordinate with Field Ops if needed)

  • Manage WhatsApp groups for communication and discipline

  • Share daily instructions, reminders, and updates

  • Maintain professional and organized communication

  • Update Google Sheets with:

  • Hours completed

  • Issues and delays

  • Drop-offs

  • Share daily status reports with the manager

  • Requires basic computer skills, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp knowledge

  • Needs strong coordination, multitasking, patience, and responsibility

  • Fast-paced, high-ownership operations role
