Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in customer service or related fields may be advantageous.
Customer Support:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Providing assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries or issues related to products or services.
Communication:
- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Technical Support:
- Providing technical assistance for products or services, if applicable.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions or escalation as needed.
Sales Support (if applicable):
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and sales inquiries.
- Upselling or cross-selling products or services to meet sales targets.
Documentation:
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support and resolution of issues.
Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
