Job Description
Chat Support Executive (CSE):
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will provide support to clients and respond to customers and prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is a fresher or an experienced professional with knowledge of International chat process and customer service best practices. You should be able to interpret customer queries and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
• Update our internal databases with information about enquiries and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Skills
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Any Graduate is preferred
Shift Timings:9:00 PM to 5:00 AM- IST (Night Shift)
