Job Description
We are hiring for International non-voice process with a product based MNC,Gachidowli,Hyberabad,CTC-1.9 to 2.2 LPA+ Nightshift Allowances.
Education- BSc, B.com, BA only 2017-2020 passed out (Candidates must have all the original documents in hand for verification purpose)
Role clarity/Competencies:-
• Video Reviewing process & ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customer’s problems and providing feedback accordingly.
• Conduct quality monitoring quality parameters.
• Confidence in handling team and quick learner.
• Must be a Localite in city for at least 1 year.
