Role Highlights:
3-Month International IT Sales/Business Development Training (Unpaid during training period + CTC of ₹6 LPA + Incentives)
Experience Level: Freshers welcome
Industry: Information Technology (IT)
Job Location: Baner, Pune
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Education: Any Graduate eligible
We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales resource to join our excellent sales team. The sales will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn company products/services and market positioning
Research and identify potential customers/decision-makers
Generate leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
Qualify leads per company criteria
Schedule meetings/demos for sales executives
Maintain CRM records
Assist with sales reports and pitch materials
Collaborate with marketing and business teams
Qualifications:
Sales experience (education/tech/cybersecurity preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in cybersecurity
Self-motivated and deadline-driven
Skilled at multitasking
CRM experience a plus
Can explain complex topics simply
Enthusiastic about student success
Who You Are:
Interested in pursuing a career in sales
Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Comfortable with technology and sales tools
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
