- Supporting customer retention & new business strategies
- Contacting new customers - Identify & quality opportunities
- Maximizing cross sell, up sell & solution selling opportunities
- Any undergraduate/graduate/post graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in International calling
- Have a proven ability in achieving monthly targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in morning shifts (4:30 am - 2:00 pm)
