• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a productor services.
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.

• 6 months of experience or more in a sales role preferably from a
• BPO/ITES industry
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently..
• Outstanding negotiation skills with a focus to resolve issues and address complaints.
