Handling customer queries.
Incoming and outbound communication support.
Collecting data for a customer satisfaction survey.
Following up with customers and confirm whether the customer is satisfied or
not with a given product by conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Handling & listening to irate customers (if any).
Manage customer feedback received via all channels proactively in accordance
with the company service standards and policies.
Generate and manage customer feedback report monthly basis
