Job Description

Designation: International Voice Sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct international outbound calls to promote product sales.

New Business Development: Proactively engage in cold calling and outbound calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company's client base.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Customer Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and assess customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their specific objectives and preferences.

Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales head to assist and support in handling customer requests, addressing challenges, and optimizing sales strategies for enhanced performance and results.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

US Shift (5 days working, Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Shift Timings: 6:10 PM to 03:45 AM

Experience: 0 – 1 Years (Freshers)

Immediate Joining.

Salary: 25K CTC – 27K CTC

Work from Office (Immediate joining)

No cab facilities.

10th/12th/Graduate with excellent communication skills.
