A. Applications for the position of ‘Intern’ under the project ‘Transboundary River Governance: Knowledge Product Development and Sharing of Policy Brief’

The Jamsetji Tata School of Disaster Studies (JTSDS) is looking for highly motivated, versatile and competent professionals for its ‘Transboundary River Governance: Knowledge Product Development and Sharing of Policy Brief’ project

1. Name of Position: Intern (Period: June 17, 2021 to July 17, 2021)

2. Number of Positions: 1

3. Qualification: Bachelors in any relevant discipline or Post Graduate

4. Location: Work from home

5. Internship Requirements:

a. Knowledge, understanding and aptitude for research around transboundary water governance and livelihood issues. Willingness to play a supporting role in research related tasks as per project requirements

b. Aptitude for reporting and documentation. Should be able to join immediately.

6. Key Roles and Responsibility:

a. Assisting in planning for virtual consultation with relevant stakeholders such as, preparingcinterview guides, transcribing interviews, data management and other related tasks

b. Conducting literature reviews

c. Drafting reports and documents

7. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 /-

Applications for the position of ‘Intern’ under the project ‘Epidemic Prevention and Preparedness using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning’ The Jamsetji Tata School of Disaster Studies (JTSDS) is looking for highly motivated, versatile and competent professionals for its ‘Epidemic Prevention and Preparedness using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning’ project

1. Name of Position: Intern (Period: June 17, 2021 to July 17, 2021)

3. Qualification: Bachelors in any relevant discipline or Post Graduate

4. Location: Work from home

5. Internship Requirement:

a. Knowledge, understanding and aptitude for research around epidemics, well-being and AI/ML applications. Willingness to play a supporting role in research related tasks as per project requirements

b. Aptitude for reporting and documentation. Should be able to join immediately.

6. Key Roles and Responsibility:

a. Conducting Literature survey around the topic of AI/ML application in the context of mental health epidemic or AI/ML applications to capture implications of epidemics on well-being

b. Preparing a literature review and module on the above topic for a training programme

c. Drafting reports and documents

7. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 /-
