Job Summary:

The Interventional Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases through minimally invasive procedures. The role requires expertise in angioplasty, stent placement, catheterization, and emergency cardiac interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation & Diagnosis:

• Evaluate and diagnose cardiac conditions through clinical assessments, ECG, echocardiograms, and imaging tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, and other cardiac conditions.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, medications, and preventive care.

Interventional Procedures & Emergency Care:

• Perform angioplasty, stent placement, balloon dilation, and catheter-based procedures.
• Conduct coronary and peripheral interventions, pacemaker implantations, and thrombectomy.
• Handle emergency cardiac cases, including acute myocardial infarction (heart attacks).

Collaboration & Research:

• Work with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams to manage complex cases.
• Stay updated on advancements in interventional cardiology techniques and research.
• Participate in clinical trials, medical conferences, and academic research.
