Job Description
Organization Requirements:
- Conducting research in order to support the company with information and ideas for new investments.
- Analysis and interpretation of finance reports and other information as well as preparation of summaries.
- Monitoring all investments and drawing conclusion of former investment to derive information for future investment plans.
- Deal Execution Assistance:
- Market Research and competitive analysis – both domestic and international .
- Efficient in Financial Model for early and growth stage companies.
- Deal Flow Generation:
- Focus on bringing high quality start-ups to the network for investments In-depth research to track industry trends and newer investment segments on a global & local scale
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
- Create and build feedback loops to ensure a model of continuous improvement and value for both Investors and MASkills and Aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial aptitude – with high ability to multi-task across assignments.
- Strong propensity for data research and analysis and ability to conduct proper competitive analysis.
- In-depth understanding of financial models, metrics, setup and statistics.
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Optional:
- Strong understanding of term sheets, shareholder agreements and deal closure process.
- Experience in negotiating investments, valuations and investment terms
Education and Experience.:
- Experience: Approx. 1-2 years .
- Degree in finance or business management .
- Efficient in Financial Model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point
