Job Profile Definition Responsibility

Fault management/configuration of Ericsion NFVi is a must.

Good understanding in Ericsson Cloud

Good understanding in Ericsson Cloud SDN Controller

Trouble Ticket handling

Customer Issue handling

Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLA

Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node /system/services

Emergency Handling and chronology preparation

Coordinating with care/vendor team for handling resolved cases

Interfacing with other Technical Teams

Coordinating with field team if onsite support required on faults

Hand over and activity sheet preparation

Very good knowledge about IP technologies mainly MPLS, BGP, MPLS VPN(L2 and L3), OSPF, ISIS, QoS.

very good knowledge about Firewall technologies.

Ability to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined CM process

Ensuring Post check of activities done during MW period.

Experience in trouble shooting of configuration related issues.

Ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams (if any) for various issues during any configuration changes.

Supporting L1 & L0 engineers in day today activities.

Should be ready to work in 24x7 environment.

Bachelor or above in telecom, computer, electronic engineering.

IP and Security(Firewall) Product hands on
Good understanding in IP routing and switching.

Good understanding in Ericsson NFVi

Good understanding in SDN

Good understanding in Ericsson Cloud

Good understanding in Ericsson Cloud SDN Controller

Good understanding in Ericsson Cloud Switches

Knowledge in VMware

Knowledge in Linux

Knowledge in Open Stack
