Qualification:

BE/ B.Tech/ MCA from 2015 - 2016 Pass out Batch

Responsibilities:

Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem solving ability.
Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer's point of view. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer's requirement and map it to product feature.
Confident in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
