Qualification: 

• BE/ BTech / BCA/ MCA/ BSc (CS/IT) from 2018-2019 Pass out Batch

Responsibilities:

• Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer's point of view. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer's requirements and map it to product features.
• Confident in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.

Looking for candidates who have :

• Passion about coordinating or communicating around. ( Maybe through calls, emails, chats, In person, It might be anything of these).
• Excellent English ( both in written & Verbal).
