Job Summary:

Basic Computer Hardware Knowledge

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understand and document business Desktop requirements, Support documents, and Knowledge articles
Work with Desktop Engineering team as assistant.
Active with hands-on management and execution of large scale Desktop deployments.
Support and understand all components of Desktop environment including PC builds, Antivirus, Software Deployment, Printing, File Shares,
Provide Desktop knowledge transfer to outsourced teams for consistent implementation and support
Meet with vendors to understand and implement new Desktop technologies (Along with Sr Engineer)
Act as L1 Desktop support escalation for Desktop problem resolution

Requirement for the Job:
Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma
(MCP certification is preferred)
