Job Summary:
Qualification:
- Basic Computer Hardware Knowledge
- Understand and document business Desktop requirements, Support documents, and Knowledge articles
- Work with Desktop Engineering team as assistant.
- Active with hands-on management and execution of large scale Desktop deployments.
- Support and understand all components of Desktop environment including PC builds, Antivirus, Software Deployment, Printing, File Shares,
- Provide Desktop knowledge transfer to outsourced teams for consistent implementation and support
- Meet with vendors to understand and implement new Desktop technologies (Along with Sr Engineer)
- Act as L1 Desktop support escalation for Desktop problem resolution
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma
- (MCP certification is preferred)
- Job Type: Full-time
