About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on installing configuring software hardware
2. Work on monitoring system/server performance and troubleshooting issues
3. Work in coordination with the technical team for client site issues
4. Work on maintaining email and email forwarding
5. Work on maintaining CRM related activities
Note: Must be willing to work in US shifts.

1. Must have the knowledge to configure routers, switches, IP phones, and servers
2. Must know IP configuration and networks (LAN and WAN)
3. Must have a basic knowledge of database MySQL and SQL Server
4. Must have familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
5. Must have knowledge of Linux Centos/RHEL
6. Must have knowledge of SSL installation/web server installation
