Job Description

Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentOrganize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Managing co-ordination of the vender and suppliers
Performing routine audits of systems and software (Head & Branch Office all)
Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Installing and configuring new hardware and software
Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system
System performance verifications
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
Attend server configuration and troubleshooting, and monitoring
Responsibility for Antivirus security
Maintenance, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting of all desktop and laptop
Providing Network and Printer Support.
Fault detection of hardware and network
IT stock maintains
CCTV camera installs and look after
Visit Branches in North Bengal, Bihar and solving It related issues at specified time interval and as and when required.
