Job Description
- Managing the Servers used for the Internet Services like Radius Servers, Billing Servers, Database Servers, DNS, Mail, Application Servers etc.
- Installation of Servers, OS and applications.
- Upgradation of Patches and ensuring the security standards.
- Database administration.
- Developing the internal website requirements, regular Updation of offers, changes etc.
- Analyzing the problems and implementing the required corrective actions.
- Responsible for installation of internet services to homes/offices.
- Installation of switches, Wi-Fi routers, Access Points for Internet Services
- Fault finding and rectification of Network connectivity and Internet related problems at customer location
- Collecting the CAF and Installation Reports and documentation of area database.
