Development process experience
Development experience 3-5 years
Must be fast, knowledgeable and rigorous coder who pays attention to code quality
Creative and resourceful - must not get stuck coding and wait for others to help - must be able to figure out solutions
Good communication skills - English is necessary - must be able to document code
Good math and statistical skills
Job Expectations
Must be able to take high level designs and code them quickly with good quality following software development process
Design, Technical design and architecture must be done as required and documented along with writing the code
Be able to estimate timelines for development and deliver accordingly
Professional demeanour and business savvy is required
