Job Description
- We are hiring IT Recruiters for offshore Hyderabad (2 positions) with minimum 0-1 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/ Staffing.
- Any Graduation is preferable.
- Good English communication is necessary.
- End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
- Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.
- Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
- Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.
- Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
