Job Description
- Responsible for end to end Recruitment of IT professionals for Permanent Employment.
- Sourcing methods to find the right candidates by using different tools like internal database, job portals and Social Channels, referrals.
- Ensuring the periodic follow ups with the yet to join candidates and ensuring their joining on time.
- Doing Job posting, creating candidates profile, submitting for job to client’s portal, checking short-listing, confirming interview and checking interview status.
- Responsible for providing best feedback to candidates and to the client within the minimum possible response time.
- Maintaining the skill set, job descriptions and database of experienced candidates.
- Coordinate with the team to understand the requirements, schedule interviews, discuss about profiles, collect status of candidate.
- Performing negotiation of salary and documents verification.
- Coordinating with the Team Lead for giving them details of candidates joining
