JOB ROLE:

• Should be able to handle the clients like Tech Mahindra ,HCL,CTS, Mindtree, ITC, LNT, Collebra,Sapient,Syntel,etc.
  
• Sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, references, internal database & head hunting for Permanent staffing.
  
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle independently, including Searching, Screening, Coordinating Interviews, Responsible for Job posting/mass mailing.
  
• Screening the Responses of the candidates from the Mass Mailing and Job Posting from Naukri.com and Monster.
  
• Time bounded end to end Recruitment and onboarding, which comprises - Initial Phone screen - Conducting Interviews - Selecting the right candidate - Offer Generation - Follow up till the offered candidates get on board - Reference Checking – Database Management etc.
  
• Screening, testing and assessing candidates.
  
• Developing a relationship with interviews.
  
• Receiving and reading through the CVs that job seekers have sent in to the recruitment agency.
  
• Arranging interviews to candidates with our client who have been short listed for a position.
  
• Regular interaction with the client for feedback.
  
• Drawing up short lists of suitable candidates.
  
• Involved in negotiating the salary between the client and the candidate.
  
• Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc.
  
• Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
  
• Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
  
• Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
  
• Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals in IT Software.
  
• In-depth assessment / analysis of client's requirement
  
• Interacting Hiring managers and Senior Management to understand the requirement and getting positions closed.
