Job Responsibility:

 Design and update job descriptions.
 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media & professional platforms like Monster, Indeed, Naukari, LinkedIn).
 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
 Screen incoming resumes & application forms.
 Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
 Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, & internally.
 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
 Answer queries about compensation & benefits.
 Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Qualifications and Experience:

1- Must have good communication skills.
2- Manage recruitment & selection process efficiently.
3- MS Office, computer knowledge.
4- Should be mentally prepared for work under pressure.
