Role;

Ensure superior recruitment activities, placing heavy importance on brand experience and candidate engagement.
Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with candidates
Learn candidates needs and wants and personalize job opportunities to address them
Meet headcount projections, fulfil current job openings from clients, and achieve company and individual KPI goals

Responsibilities

Maintain updated knowledge on current requirements in detail
Interact with candidates and provide them with job opportunities based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the job opportunity and company
Follow through on an exceptional recruitment experience by presenting candidates with current job opportunities as identified through conversation
Assist candidates through the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding upon joining
