Job Description
- Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT: Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date.
- Candidate should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT Requirements.
- Candidate should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network etc.
- Candidate must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals.
- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
- Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On-Boarding / CTC as applicable.
