- Knowledge in SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different methodologies.
- Relevant Certification is a must.
- Knowledge in writing and executing Test Cases.
- Understanding of Defect Life cycle is must and exposure to any Defect management tool is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of technologies like .net, Java, C++, testing tools etc is a big plus
- Knowledge of Database like MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL is an added advantage
- Should possess good communication skills
- Should be an excellent team player
- Very good analytical and logical skills.
- Should have a positive overall approach & have a consistent problem-solving mindset.
