Very good experience with Adobe Photoshop
Ability to communicate well in Tamil or English.
Positive attitude towards everything.
Willingness to learn & improve.

You can have these but not necessary

Experience with Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver
Experience with Responsive Design
Experience with Wire Frame tools

What you will be doing aka Duties:

Design web layouts, email newsletters, etc
To work with product management to create and develop mock-ups / wire frames.
To propose design styles that are informed by current trends in graphical design, but are not restricted to them.
Actively contribute to product Brainstorming, User research, Interaction design and Visual design sessions.
Support UX Design for products, which caters to User Goals by proposing new Interactions and User Flows.
Collaboration with wider project team to develop and sustain visual consistency across branded product ranges.
Working closely with UI programmers to ensure correct functionality and visual fidelity.
To work as part of an international research and development team.
Support product management in working out detailed specification.
