Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for an experience developer who can lead our development team with the ability to achieve following.- Building innovative, state-of-the-art SAAS & PAAS based applications
- Getting documentation on development prepared
- Co-ordinate with support team and resolve bug & error in defined timeline
- Co-ordinate with sales team to learn customer needs and improve/customise products
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MVC Framework.
- Hands on work experience in Laravel, SQL schema design, REST API design, and MySQL profiling and query optimization.
- Must have worked on Product development using Laravel 5 (Show at least 2 completed projects)
- Basic knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, VueJs, Angular, etc.).
- Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.
- Should be good in communication and leadership skills.

We have a solution that will help all the Energy Companies to organize and achieving better efficiency in day-to-day operations while generating BI (Business Intelligence) performance reports that will help in understanding operation and improve business processes.
We already have rolled our 1 product ( an ERP system ), which is being used by 5 beta testers and is launching on 15th August. While our 2nd product(Automation & Paperless Solution) is in development process we already have a confirmed customer (License is already bought by leading MNC in India).
