  • Provide basic support for computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and related applications.
  • Assist users with MS Office and other commonly used software.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and system updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation of support activities and technical tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, troubleshooting systems, and MS Office
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
