Job Role: Itinerary Planner Executive

Planning a tour, making tour itinerary which contains
the identification of the origin, destination and all the stopping point in a
traveler’s tours.
· Responsibility to look after the finer details of a vacation or tour such as Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
· Communicating with suppliers & service providers
· Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
· Negotiating and closing deals with agents
· Dealing efficiently with guests.
· Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
