3. Qualification: 

a) MD/MS (Anesthesiology) DFACS Specialty, Board of Anesthesiology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

b) M.S. (ENT)/Specialty board of Oto- Rhino-Laryngology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

c) M.D. (Medicine/General Medicine) MRCP, FRCP, Specialty Board of Internal Medicine (USA) or an equivalent qualification in the subject.

d) M.D (Obst. & Gynae.) M.S. (Obst. &Gynae.), M.O./M.R.C.O., M.D/M.S. (Midwifery and Gynae.), Specialty Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (USA)

e) Post-graduate in Pathology Haematology i.e. MD (Pathology/Haematology [Path and Bact.), Ph. D., D. Sc. Speciality Board of Pathology/Haematology (USA) or MRC Path. (UR)

f) Post-Graduate qualification in Surgery/Gynaecology or Medicine and/or other clinical subject/Hospital Administration.

g) A Graduate with Certificate/Diploma in maintenance of Medical Record from an Institution recognized by the Government for the purpose.

4. Experience: 

a) As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

b) As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator / Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

c) As Registrar/ Tutor, Demonstrator/Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

d) As Registrar/Tutor, Demonstrator/Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

e) As Registrar/Tutor, Demonstrator/Tutor or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

f) Three years working experience of running a hospital after Post- Graduation.

g) Two year experience as Medical Record Officer.
