Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, object-oriented design principles, and hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java-based applications that are robust, scalable, and secure.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver software solutions aligned with business goals. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to clean and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java.

Develop and maintain server-side components using Java-based technologies and frameworks.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end components.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Implement security best practices and data protection in code.
2. System Design and Architecture

Participate in the architectural design and planning of scalable backend systems.

Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.

Collaborate with architects and senior developers on high-level system decisions.
3. Testing and Debugging

Write unit tests using JUnit, TestNG, or other testing frameworks.

Conduct integration and system testing to ensure functionality and stability.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
4. Collaboration

Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, QA teams, and product managers.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers if required.
5. Documentation and Maintenance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

Ensure software is deployed in a reliable and maintainable manner.

Monitor applications post-deployment and handle maintenance and updates.
