Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on their preferences and budget.

Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest complementary jewellery items (e.g., matching necklaces, earrings, or rings) to increase average transaction value.

Customer Education: Educate customers on the features, craftsmanship, and value of the jewellery pieces, including gemstones, materials, and designs.
2. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

In-Depth Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and collections to provide accurate and insightful product knowledge to customers.

New Arrivals and Promotions: Promote new arrivals, special collections, and seasonal promotions to encourage customers to make purchases.

Customisation: Assist customers with custom jewellery orders, guiding them through design options and ensuring the final product meets their needs.
3. Customer Service Excellence:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they return for future purchases.

After-Sales Service: Provide assistance with repairs, sizing, and servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction even after the sale is completed.

Handling Inquiries and Concerns: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
4. Visual Merchandising:

Display Management: Assist in maintaining attractive and visually appealing product displays that highlight key jewellery items and encourage sales.

Stock Organisation: Ensure that the store is well-organised, with products properly displayed and easy to access for customers.
5. Sales Reporting and Administrative Duties:
