Job Title: Jr. Academic Counsellor
Reports To: Academic Counselling Team Leader
Employment Type: Full time
Location: IIDE Campus, Andheri West, Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
Adapting to CRM
Assisting students in the admission process, admission test, and fee collection
Cold-calling from a given database for lead generation and database.
Collaborate with different teams
Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
Counsel students for a career path in digital marketing and affiliated streams
Database Management overlooking
Email Writing Skills
Extraction of data from the back end and data sorting as per the company needs
Handle Chatbot inquiries
Manage direct parent or student inquiry handling and also manage telephonic inquiry handling.
Objection Handling
Proper follow up with the students visited
Reach Weekly Sales Target
Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for certificate courses
