Job Description

Designation: Jr. Accountant

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com

Experience: 1– 2 years

Salary : INR 1,20,000 – 1,50,000 PA

Job Location: Magarpatta (Pune)

Roles & Responsibility:

Looking after day to day accounting like preparation of Sales Invoices, purchase entries, processing payment, bank reconciliation, cheque deposition, Preparation of General ledgers, managing Receivables & Payables.
Understanding of Inventory Management principles, logistics and purchasing.

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Skills :

1-2 years of relevant experience with good accounting knowledge.

Inventory / Asset control experience beneficial.

Excellent knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
