Software support DMS (Document management system), Vendor Portal & Simploud
DMS software – Support to all location capsule manufacturing plant for Documents ( K,D,S,P,A, LuKaps, Thailand, Brazil)
resolution of DMS, Vendor portal, Simploud queries, creation of login id & updating of documents.
Support to IT & CQA for validation of software.
Resolution of all the queries raised by plant associates with consultation with software agency,
Admin rights of DMS & Vendor Portal,
Updating of vendor portal.
Support to preparation of Monthly reports & documents.w.r.t. DMS, Vendor portal, Simploud.
Downloading & Conversion of existing documents in PDF, World Formats.
Maintenance of software activity log.
Scheduling of meeting Corporate IT, Central IT, Central QA & Software agency for updating & to check health of software.
