- JOB Profile: Accounts Executive

- Necessary Skillset:
- Candidate should have good knowledge of – Excel, Tally, and TDS
- Good communication skills.
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Accounts routine work.
- Reconciliation, ledger scrutiny & finalization of accounts.
- Coordination with auditors for audit & other related matters.
- Detailed knowledge of Taxation i.e. Income Tax & GST etc.
- MIS reports related to investments, finance & other matters.
- Familiar with the latest Tally software.
- Handling preparation & maintenance of various books/registers viz. Cash / Bank Books, etc. to ensure smooth accounting operations.
- Co-ordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation and Stock Reconciliations required by bank authorities / financial institutions.
- Managing the records for all the vendors; liaising with various parties for smooth flow of activities.
- Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales, cash, and bank voucher in accounts books as per B/S.
- Compensation band:
- Up to 3.0 LPA
- Location: Pune
- Reporting Structure:
- Reporting to branch manager
