Job Summary
- Job Title: Jr. Legal Associate
- Division: Trademark and Patent Divisions
- Trademark and Patent Maintenance
- Assist Associates in Trademark and Patent Prosecution
- Doing Research Work related to patents and trademarks
- Assisting in International Trademark and Patent Filings
- Conducting Trademark and Patent Searches
- Drafting of Contracts Related to Trademarks and Patents
- Assist associates in Providing Legal Opinion to National and International clients
- Assist associates in drafting of cease and desist notices
- Assist associates in trademark and patent hearings before TM and Patent Boards
- Other work related to trademarks and patents
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- A Law Degree (Bachelors or masters) from BCI approved Indian University
- Strong Basic Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights
- WIPO 101 certification is recommended but not necessary
- Very Good command over English language
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good Researching Skills
- No prior work experience needed but experience in similar field will be considered
