Job Title: Junior Research Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Research Analyst. This role assists across all three phases of the real estate lifecycle—acquisition, construction, and sale—by sourcing off-market deals, supporting construction operations, and assisting in selling finished properties to end users.

Role Responsibilities:

Call realtors, expired listings, and homeowners to source off-market deals
Identify and qualify motivated sellers
Collect property details (price, condition, timeline, motivation)
Maintain and update acquisition pipeline in CRM / spreadsheets
Schedule meetings between sellers and acquisition managers
Conduct follow-ups to nurture potential deals
Assist in sourcing cost-effective, quality raw materials
Identify and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
Collect and compare price quotes and timelines
Support contractor coordination and scheduling
Track construction progress, costs, and vendor information
Help ensure projects stay within budget and timelines
Assist in selling properties to end users
Handle buyer inquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate property showings and inspections
Support pricing, negotiation, and closing processes
Maintain buyer lead database and communication logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with cold calling and vendor follow-ups
Basic understanding of real estate and construction processes
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks across project phases
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or construction support
Familiarity with material suppliers, contractors, or procurement
Knowledge of off-market deal sourcing
Prior sales, operations, or project coordination experience
