JRF Basic science Jobs in National Institute of Animal Nutrition & Physiology (ICAR-NIANP) on contract basis
Name of the Project: DBT project (BT/PR9024/AAQ/1/888/2013) entitled “Wnt Signal Mediated Ovarian granulosa Cell Estrogen Synthesis in Ruminants”
Essential qualification: Post graduate degree in basic science with NET/GATE/BET qualification or Graduate degree in Professional course with NET/GATE/BET qualification or Post graduate degree in Professional course as per DST O.M. NO. SR/S9/Z-09.2012 dated 21st October, 2014, Preferred subjects: Animal Physiology, Animal Reproduction, Biochemistry and Biotechnology. Candidates without NET/GATE/BET qualification may also be considered for interview, but the remuneration will be lesser than that of NET/GATE/BET qualified candidates. Desirable Working experience in Cell culture and genomics work (RNA isolation, quantitative PCR etc.)

Remuneration : Rs. 25000/- per month plus HRA for candidates having NET/GATE/BET qualifications Rs. 12000/- per month plus HRA for candidates not having NET/GATE / BET qualifications.
Age limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women on the date of interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PHC as per GOI/ICAR rules.
