Title of The Project : Development of a non-invasive
insulation diagnostic system for large power equipment employing cellulose
impregnated with alternate dielectric liquid as its primary insulation taking
into consideration the influence of trapped charge present in the system
Qualification : B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent discipline with a minimum of 70% marks/CGPA of 7.5 (on a 10 point
scale).
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in High
Voltage Engineering / Condition Monitoring Control & Protection of
Electrical Apparatus/ Power Systems or equivalent with first class. 7.0 OGPA
(in case first class is not mentioned) will be considered as first class.
Desirable : Candidate with knowledge about trapped charge,
flow-electrification. insulation diagnosis will be preferred
Age : The upper limit is 30 years at the time of appointment.
