Qualifications : The applicants should have consistent good
academic record. The applicants should be M.E. / M.Tech. Degree in Electronics
Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering / VLSI Design/
Microelectronics/ Nanotechnology with B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering
/ Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE / NET score OR M.Sc.
Degree in Electronics with NET score with minimum of first class from a reputed
institute. Final year students passing out by June 2018 may also apply. Where
class is not specified 65% marks or 7.0 OGPA will be considered as First class.
Age Limit :
The upper age limit is 30 years on the last date of filling the
application (Age relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC as per GOI rules).
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- per month as per SERB/Institute rules for first 2 years. Rs. 28,000/- per month as per SERB/Institute rules for the 3rd year.
