class/division or a 60% marks/CGPA of 6.5 (on a 10 point scale) AND B. Tech. or
equivalent in Computer Science & Engg. / Information Technology /
Electronics Engg. / Electronics and Communication Engg. / Instrumentations/
Electrical Engg WITH a minimum of 70% marks/CGPA of 7.5 (on a 10 point scale).
Desirable : GATE/NET
Qualified with a valid score
Fellowship : As per
DST (SERB) norms only. Rs. 31, 000/- pm for 1st and 2nd Year and Rs. 35,000/-
pm for 3rd Year.
Age Limit : The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years at the time of appointment. (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Female candidates as per GOI rules).
